Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 October 2026. The terms that apply when you use inr500.com or place an order, in India or internationally.
1. Introduction and acceptance
These terms govern your use of inr500.com and the orders you place with us. By placing an order, submitting an enquiry or using the website you confirm that you have read and accept them together with our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.
2. Business identity and contact information
inr500.com is operated by Ambivert Technologies Private Limited, Excellaa Plazzo, A107, near Bharat petrol Pump, Ambegaon Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411046, India. GSTIN: 27AAPCA8177N1ZQ. Contact: hello@inr500.com; WhatsApp +91 9960 160016.
3. Products, descriptions, specifications and availability
We describe products and specifications as accurately as we can, but chip memory, read range and performance depend on the tag, the phone or reader and the surface it is used on, so please test with a sample before a large order. Availability changes; an order for a product that turns out to be unavailable will be corrected, cancelled or replaced after we contact you, and any amount you paid for it refunded.
4. Product prices, currencies and applicable taxes
India: prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and, unless a product states otherwise, are before GST, which is added at checkout. Prices marked “incl. GST & shipping” already include them.
International: where an international price is available, it is shown in US dollars (USD) as a display price. International prices exclude shipping and exclude taxes unless a quotation says otherwise. Selecting USD for display does not guarantee that a payment processor will charge or settle in USD; the actual payment currency is stated before you pay. We do not silently convert or change the total of a confirmed order.
Customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage and other destination-country charges may be payable by you unless the confirmed quotation expressly states otherwise (see section 12). We correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.
5. International orders and shipping quotations
International shipping is quoted separately for each order. After you submit an international order we review the destination and details and send a quotation showing the product subtotal, shipping, any specified taxes or charges, the shipping method, an estimated delivery window and the date until which the quotation is valid. The shipping arrangement and the final payable amount are agreed only when you accept the quotation. If you decline or the quotation expires, no shipping charge applies and the order will not be dispatched on those terms.
Selecting a country does not guarantee that we can ship there. We may decline destinations we cannot service lawfully or practically.
6. Order submission and acceptance
An enquiry or a checkout submission is an offer to buy and does not necessarily mean we have accepted your order. An international order may require destination verification, a shipping quotation, your approval and payment confirmation before fulfilment. We accept an order when we confirm it to you (for example by an order confirmation, payment confirmation or dispatch notice). We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock, pricing, destination, legal or payment-verification reasons, and will refund any amount paid for it.
7. Payment methods and payment verification
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may differ by country. We do not store card numbers or security codes; payments are processed by third-party payment providers. An order is treated as paid only when the payment provider or our bank records confirm the payment, not because a browser was redirected to a confirmation page. Prices and shipping charges are disclosed before the relevant payment is collected. Where we collect a balance in stages, we collect only the outstanding approved amount. Currency conversion, card-issuer fees, intermediary-bank fees and provider charges may apply to your payment; we disclose them where we know them.
8. Production timelines and custom manufacturing
Production and delivery estimates are estimates and depend on artwork approval, quantity, materials, carriers and customs (see the Shipping and Delivery Policy). Custom orders may need a separate written production specification and your written approval before production starts.
9. Customer-provided artwork, branding and customisation
If you give us artwork, logos, text or data, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve, including spelling, colours (which may vary slightly between screens and print) and the data encoded on a tag. We may refuse artwork we reasonably consider unlawful or infringing.
10. Cancellation, returns, replacements and refunds
These are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. They apply in addition to rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Warranty and product conformity
We supply products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality for their purpose. If a product is faulty or not as described we will remedy it as set out in the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded by law.
12. International customs, import restrictions and duties
You are responsible for complying with import restrictions that apply in your destination country, for providing accurate delivery and tax-identification information, and for any import duties, taxes and fees unless a confirmed quotation expressly says we will pay them. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, charge for or refuse a shipment; we are not responsible for decisions of customs or other authorities, but we will help with reasonable documentation.
13. Intellectual property
The inr500 name, logo, website content, images and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Your own artwork and brand remain yours; you give us permission to use it only to make your order.
14. Website use and prohibited conduct
Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, submit false orders or enquiries, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may block access that we reasonably believe is abusive.
15. Third-party payment providers and carriers
Payments and shipments are handled by third parties (payment providers, banks, couriers and customs authorities). Their own terms apply to their services. We take reasonable care in choosing them but they act independently of us, and some matters, such as processing times, are outside our control.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or business, arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
17. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes, carrier or customs disruption, supply interruptions, government action or failures of utilities or networks. We will tell you if an event affects your order and agree reasonable alternatives, which may include cancellation and a refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods.
18. Privacy and personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Dispute resolution and governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under the law that protects you as a consumer, the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it, shown by the date at the top of this page and recorded with your international order. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
